There are two types of eating:
- Normal healthy eating which is where hunger comes on gradually and healthy food is enjoyed in a relaxed way leaving you feeling satisfied until your next proper meal time.
- Emotional eating causes “hunger” to come on instantly as this type of eating is an immediate response to bury any uncomfortable feelings that might occur during the day.
Emotional eaters never feel satisfied because no amount of food is going to have a lasting effect on those negative feelings and so this self-perpetuating circle only ends up making the person feel even worse.
A key part of my HYPNOTIC WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME is to elegantly find and address the emotional gap that is holding the client back because when this is healed and replaced with positive patterns the negative relationship to food becomes transformed.
The client can then feel relaxed about food and in touch again with their body’s natural body clock - and so free to become slim and happy again.
